The Spiritual Advisory Council is a not-for-profit religious educational
association, and church founded in 1974. It is comprised of a loosely affiliated group
of lifetime learners with widely varying interests. We are joined by a
common interest in sincere yet playful exploration of what it is to be in
human bodies, on this ball shaped rock falling around a star. We're sure
you have a piece to contribute to this evolving puzzle.
Our Purpose:
To provide opportunities to explore the mysteries of life
outside of dogma, doctrine or creed.
Our Mission:
To contribute to the personal and planetary evolution in a
spirit of tolerance, humor, compassion and service.
What we do:
We publish an "Out Reach" newsletter and sponsor
annual and periodic retreats and conferences on a range of subjects
including but not limited to:
- health and wholeness
- meditation
- belief systems
- movement, music & sound
- laughter & play
- commitment & relationship
- community
- creativity and the evolution of consciousness
